NMADA Mission Statement

The purpose of this Association shall be:   To afford the opportunities for members to associate and exchange views and take such lawful concerted action as may be desirable for the betterment of the automotive industry in the State of New Mexico.

To encourage sound business policies and practices.

To promote confidence, respect, and good fellowship among all those directly or indirectly engaged in the automotive industry.

To promote the present and future welfare of the members by uniting in such common endeavors that are beneficial to the industry.

To cooperate with state, county, and municipal authorities and with other trade associations.

To do all things proper and legal within the limitations of the Articles which shall be necessary, expedient, or convenient for the advancement of the interests of the members of the Association.

To make, enter into, carry out and enforce any contract, agreement, or transaction pertinent to any of the general purposes of the Association or that may be incidental to, or may facilitate the business of the Association, and safeguard and promote the interests of the automotive industry in the State of New Mexico.
